· You will review customers on-going technology needs continually improving their environment; contribute to roadmaps and partner with them to achieve their business outcomes.<\/p>\n

· Customer facing with excellent consulting and communication skills, you will enjoy working in an advisory capacity to understand the customers business, building relationships, solving problems and mentoring team members.<\/p>\n

· Be hands on and willing to handle mission critical requests \/ escalations.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

· Experience and skills we would prefer you have:<\/strong><\/p>\n

· Demonstrated success in a service delivery or systems engineer capacity, ideally in an MSP or large complex environment (approx. 5+ years) (IMPORTANT)<\/p>\n

· Extensive IT technical experience and knowledge of Microsoft core server technologies such as, Active Directory Services; Exchange; Modern Workplace; Office 365 (IMPORTANT)<\/p>\n

· Experience as a systems engineer \/ systems administrator with Microsoft suite of products (Windows servers, workstation operating systems, MS system centre products, application servers, Azure, Office 365, One Drive, Teams etc. ) (IMPORTANT)<\/p>\n

· Networking (LAN\/WAN) experience, with knowledge of switching and routing technologies and advanced Virtualisation & cloud computing or EQUIVALENT<\/p>\n

· Firewalling & security technologies & principles, e.g., Fortinet; eset or EQUIVALENT<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
