{"id":519922,"date":"2024-05-01T03:48:55","date_gmt":"2024-05-01T02:48:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/nz\/jobs\/all-industries\/finance-manager\/"},"modified":"2024-06-30T16:13:08","modified_gmt":"2024-06-30T15:13:08","slug":"finance-manager-519922","status":"archive","type":"wpbb_job","link":"https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/nz\/jobs\/accounting-finance\/finance-manager-519922\/","title":{"rendered":"Finance Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This is an excellent opportunity for a Qualified Senior Accountant looking to grow their career and make a positive difference in the automobile sector.<\/p>\n<p>An amazing opportunity for an experienced Accountant to take full ownership of the finance function for their New Zealand operation.<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">The opportunity<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This standalone Finance Manager role will be responsible for the ;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Completion of the end-to-end finance function<\/li>\n<li> Preparation of monthly financial reports and reporting to parent company, including completion of monthly accruals and inter-company reconciliation<\/li>\n<li> Preparation and distribution of monthly branch reports<\/li>\n<li> Co-ordinate, review and approve the general ledger<\/li>\n<li> Preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasting<\/li>\n<li> Point of contact for internal external audits<\/li>\n<li> Cashflow forecasting and maintenance<\/li>\n<li> Control major accounts<\/li>\n<li> Evaluate, plan and implement improvements in financial processes and reporting to support strategy, planning and performance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">What you&#8217;ll bring<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You will be detailed orientated, meticulous and pride yourself on superior levels of accuracy in all that you do. You will be approachable, down to earth, and have a process and deadline driven mindset.
