Joining this established call centre, you will be leading the Customer Support Team PROACTIVELY to COACH, GUIDE and DRIVE the team forward, along side like-minded Team Leaders.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>THE ROLE:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Proactively drive interactions with key clients throughout feedback and a robust, quality management process<\/li>\n<li>Manage the daily work-flow of the Customer Care team to ensure excellent service is delivered to customers at all times (coaching style in this role is key!)<\/li>\n<li>Proactively drive process improvement initiatives where appropriate<\/li>\n<li>Manage team resourcing requirements (which includes absences, leave etc to ensure team has adequate resources at all times)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>WHO MIGHT I BE &amp; WHAT&#8217;S IN IT FOR ME?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>You may have come from a Retail Manager role, Hospitality Manager or even Branch Manager role &#8211; we are open!
