Did we mention this is a VERY exciting brand?!<\/p>\n<h2><strong>WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing relationships with NZ retailers (support with queries)<\/li>\n<li>Manage customer calls and emails, ensuring all customer requests are processed within SLA times<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all orders are processed within Oracle, including verifying purchase orders<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on orders to ensure delivery by specified dates (working with sense of urgency is key)<\/li>\n<li>Support other teams (sales \/ finance \/ logistics etc) to to assist in the processing of the customer orders and inquiries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>WHO AM I &amp; WHAT&#8217;S IN IT FOR ME?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>You may have worked in a similar role or even have come from hospitality and need that foot in the door! What we are looking for is someone with excellent data entry skills, a natural attention to detail and sense of urgency \/ proactive approach.
