Did we mention this is a VERY exciting brand?!<\/p>\n<h2><strong>WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Resolve customer product queries (including technical queries) via phone calls, email and social media<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all information in the system is accurate (including customer and product information)<\/li>\n<li>Remain current on changes in policies, procedures and products offerings<\/li>\n<li>Review problem orders and notify customers of any issues or delays<\/li>\n<li>Support other teams (sales \/ finance \/ logistics etc) to to assist in the processing of the customer orders and inquiries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>WHO AM I &amp; WHAT&#8217;S IN IT FOR ME?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>You may have worked in a similar role or even have come from hospitality and need that foot in the door!
