A well organised organisation that prides itself on its client base and culture with some long-term clients who present unique projects.<\/p>\n<h2>The Role<\/h2>\n<p>This is a hands-on leadership role where you can take the front foot providing guidance and mentor-ship to the team and ensuring quality service is provided to all clients. Working as part of a team you will be hands on testing and have the ability to provide details reports on your findings<\/p>\n<h3><strong>In this role, you will<\/strong>:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide leadership and guidance to the field commission team.<\/li>\n<li>Support the Managing Director in various aspects of the business.<\/li>\n<li>Test, adjust, balance, and troubleshoot building air conditioning systems.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure HVAC systems are optimised for thermal comfort and operational efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Work collaboratively to meet project specifications and deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Produce detailed commissioning reports for clients.<\/li>\n<li>Take ownership for Health and Safety and adhere to safety standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the commissioning of HVAC air and water systems.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the wider team and business culture in a positive manner.<\/li>\n<li>Managing client&#8217;s expectation and that of key stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>What We&#8217;re Looking For<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>To excel in this role, you&#8217;ll need:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preview management or leadership experience.<\/li>\n<li>Mechanical Engineering degree or qualification<\/li>\n<li>Ideally a CSA or NABB qualification<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written communication skills and proficiency in Excel and Word.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organisational skills and adaptability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If this role is of interest, please &#8220;Apply Now&#8221; or call Liam on 022 400 4144.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>We&#8217;re proud to have been finalists for 2023 RCSA Awards in the Excellence in Client Service and Excellence in Candidate Care categories, and finalist for a 2023 SEEK Annual Recruitment Award in the Large Recruitment Agency of the Year category.
