{"id":530105,"date":"2025-07-31T03:11:35","date_gmt":"2025-07-31T02:11:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/nz\/jobs\/%wpbb_job_industry%\/lead-management-coordinator-6-months"},"modified":"2025-07-31T03:11:36","modified_gmt":"2025-07-31T02:11:36","slug":"lead-management-coordinator-6-months-530105","status":"publish","type":"wpbb_job","link":"https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/nz\/jobs\/marketing\/lead-management-coordinator-6-months-530105","title":{"rendered":"Lead Management Coordinator &#8211; 6 months"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is the number one global manufacturer in their field of air compressors, nitrogen\/oxygen generation, vacuum pumps, industrial tools,and has had a presence in NZ for over 70 years.<\/p>\n<p>An opportunity has arisen for a Lead Management Coordinator to join their team based in Mt Wellington, Auckland for an initial 6 month assignment<\/p>\n<p>This role will support 2 different facets of their business, managing inbound and outbound leads across multiple digital and offline channels .<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll be working closely with the Comms manager and internal stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ROLES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage all leads from digital channels (website, digital ads, e-commerce, email marketing and smart link &#8211; leads generated from equipment on customer site)<\/li>\n<li>Complete leads management process<\/li>\n<li>Analyse data based on quarterly and monthly reports<\/li>\n<li>Update in system any changes in data and update or train sales team if needed<\/li>\n<li>Take part in marketing initiatives and employer branding activities like company anniversary, celebration, company events<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>KEY COMPETENCIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good communication skills (this role will be coordinating with Business Line Managers and Sales teams)<\/li>\n<li>Must be familiar with digital marketing: SEO, SEM, social media, EDM<\/li>\n<li>Marketing data analysis and reporting<\/li>\n<li>Campaign management<\/li>\n<li>Team player, can do attitude<\/li>\n<li>Ability to meet deadlines and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1-2 years of relevant experience in leads management, CRM support or digital marketing support. <\/li>\n<li>Digital marketing background experience<\/li>\n<li>Basic MS Office &#8211; Word, Basic Excel (VlookUps and Pivot Tables and Charts- good to have)<\/li>\n<li>Media agency experience a nice to have<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If this sounds like you, available for immediate start to work <strong>on-site<\/strong> at Auckland with the right to work in NZ &#8211; please apply with your CV today!<br \/>Please note, due to current volume, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted on this instance.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Following Salt New Zealand&#8217;s success at the 2022 RCSA Industry Awards &#8213; where we won the &#8216;Excellence in Client Service&#8217; and &#8216;Excellence in Candidate Care&#8217; categories &#8213; we&#8217;re proud to have been finalists in the 2023 RCSA Awards &#8216;Excellence in Client Service&#8217; and &#8216;Excellence in Candidate Care&#8217; categories.
