All within a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As a Sales Ordering Specialist you will support the Sales Operations Manager with ordering responsibilities by managing all aspects of new vehicle arrivals. This role is crucial to the business and requires a high attention to detail and accuracy.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Day to Day: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#183; Monitoring production sales and managing orders, including stock levels <\/p>\n<p>&#183; Ordering and amending stock and managing customer sold orders<\/p>\n<p>&#183; Troubleshooting delayed orders and providing solutions<\/p>\n<p>&#183; Updating any product, pricing and specification information<\/p>\n<p>&#183; Receipting orders upon arrival and allocating invoices to correct cost centres<\/p>\n<p>&#183; Liaising with dealerships for insights on future orders and maintain order spreadsheets<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>About you:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;re a natural problem solver with a sharp eye for detail.
