You&#8217;ll see yourself building strong customer connections, driving operational performance, and taking responsibility for the region&#8217;s commercial success. With the backing of a global leader, you&#8217;ll have the autonomy to shape outcomes and the support to deliver them.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you&#8217;ll be doing:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead, coach, and develop a team of 12-15 Field Service Engineers and Supervisor<\/li>\n<li>Build strong relationships with customers across manufacturing, construction, and industrial sectors<\/li>\n<li>Manage P&amp;L, drive utilisation, and achieve revenue targets<\/li>\n<li>Resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism and urgency<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with planning, technical, and logistics teams to deliver seamless operations<\/li>\n<li>Report on KPIs, NPS, and operational metrics to senior leadership<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>ABOUT YOU<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;re an experienced leader who thrives in managing seasoned technical teams.
