If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working across teams to ensure smooth service delivery, we&#8217;d love to hear from you!<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">About the Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As a <strong style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Service Administrator<\/strong>, you&#8217;ll play a key role in supporting client&#8217;s branch operations in a shared services environment through accurate invoicing, payroll coordination, customer service, and general administration. You&#8217;ll be the go-to person for ensuring their service processes run efficiently and customers receive top-tier support. <\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide administrative support to the branch<\/li>\n<li>Timely and accurate service invoicing, including purchase order management and WIP (work in progress) monitoring.<\/li>\n<li>Weekly payroll coordination, ensuring time sheets are entered and processed on time.<\/li>\n<li>Support warranty claims processing and job costing accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Cash sales reconciliation and transaction monitoring.<\/li>\n<li>Ordering safety equipment, office supplies, and merchandise.<\/li>\n<li>Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with other departments and branches to enhance service delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Identifying and recommending process improvements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Requirements: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in administration, ideally within a similar industry.<\/li>\n<li>Multiple systems experience including SAP and Microsoft Dynamics (highly desirable)<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills &#8211; both written and verbal<\/li>\n<li>High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure <\/li>\n<li>Strong time management skills <\/li>\n<li>Must be proactive and has solid problem solving skills <\/li>\n<li>A team player with a customer-first mindset<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\n<p>If interested, please CLICK APPLY or call Luwee 022 500 5608.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<hr \/>\n<hr \/>\n<p>We&#8217;re proud to have been finalists for 2023 RCSA Awards in the Excellence in Client Service and Excellence in Candidate Care categories, and finalist for a 2023 SEEK Annual Recruitment Award in the Large Recruitment Agency of the Year category.
