{"id":530666,"date":"2025-09-12T06:57:06","date_gmt":"2025-09-12T05:57:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/nz\/jobs\/%wpbb_job_industry%\/senior-personal-assistant"},"modified":"2025-09-12T06:57:06","modified_gmt":"2025-09-12T05:57:06","slug":"senior-personal-assistant-530666","status":"publish","type":"wpbb_job","link":"https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/nz\/jobs\/hr-business-operations\/senior-personal-assistant-530666","title":{"rendered":"Senior Personal Assistant"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Join a well-known Kiwi company to support two of the GMs working in the risk and health and safety space <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>About the Role:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Based in Newmarket<\/li>\n<li>Starting ASAP to December 23rd 2025<\/li>\n<li>$40-$48 per hour + 8% holiday pay (depending on experience)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Senior Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to support two General Managers, one in Risk &amp; Resilience and the other in Health, Safety &amp; Environment (HSE) who work closely together to meet the organisation&#8217;s objectives. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>This is a dynamic role that sits at the heart of risk management across the business, requiring someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident engaging with senior stakeholders<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Day to Day you will be: <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing Diaries and Inboxes<\/li>\n<li>Acting as the go-to support for the GMs, anticipating needs and ensuring they are set up for success<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating Meetings and aligning stakeholders to meet key deliverables<\/li>\n<li>Proactively managing work flows and follow-ups, ensuring timely engagement of key stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Formatting Board reports<\/li>\n<li>Keeping communications flowing smoothly and confidentially<\/li>\n<li>Anticipating needs and staying two steps ahead to keep everything running like clockwork<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>About you:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 5 years&#8217; experience as a PA supporting senior leaders, ideally supporting multiple leaders in regulated industry<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, you know how to build trust and get things done<\/li>\n<li>Forward thinking, you can anticipate needs and be proactive to keep things moving <\/li>\n<li>Calm under pressure, with the ability to juggle competing priorities<\/li>\n<li>Tech-savvy and Strong working knowledge of business systems and tools such as Advanced Microsoft Office, calendar and meeting management tools, SAP and SharePoint<\/li>\n<li>Bonus if you have experience with billing, invoices, purchase orders and have used SAP!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Benefits:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent company that is leading the way in their field<\/li>\n<li>Beautiful offices close to caf&#233;s and shopping<\/li>\n<li>Competitive pay rate<\/li>\n<li>Great experience working for a large well-known organisation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Don&#8217;t miss this incredible opportunity, apply today!<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re proud to have been finalists for 2023 RCSA Awards in the Excellence in Client Service and Excellence in Candidate Care categories, and finalist for a 2023 SEEK Annual Recruitment Award in the Large Recruitment Agency of the Year category.
