What you’ll be doing<\/strong><\/p>\n

· Communicating with key retailers<\/p>\n

· Handling customer feedback and providing excellent customer service<\/p>\n

· Taking inbound calls from consumers, retailers and source agents<\/p>\n

· Processing orders and dealing with client and customer queries or requests<\/p>\n

· Track and tracing couriers, handling logistics<\/p>\n

About you<\/strong><\/p>\n

· Strong background in customer service<\/p>\n

· Excellent administrative and organisational skills<\/p>\n

· Strong interpersonal skills for maintaining great relationships with clients<\/p>\n

· Great verbal and written communication to resolve any customer queries or complaints<\/p>\n

· Natural team player<\/p>\n

· Initiative<\/p>\n
