Principal Recruitment Consultant – Human Resources (NYC)
The role
Due to expansion, we are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in New York, NY! Since the launch of our NYC office in 2015, we have become the go-to digital recruitment agency across our four market sectors – Creative, Marketing, Sales, and Technology!
This role will primarily focus on the build-out of the HR Vertical here in the US. You will be instrumental to our growth across North America and will have the opportunity to quickly step into a leadership role. The ideal candidate will also have strong relationship and business development skills, a motivation to be successful, and a social personality!

Responsibilities of the Principal Recruitment Consultant
- Be an expert at identifying Human Resource Talent across all verticals
- Have a proven track record of sourcing and interviewing top HR Talent
- Create recruitment materials and post jobs on appropriate boards
- Head-up End to end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, through to post-placement follow up
- Conduct interviews and perform candidate follow-ups and serve as a primary point of contact for your candidates
- Build influential candidate relationships

Who we are looking for in a Principal Recruitment Consultant
- Previous experience in Sales and Recruitment
- Knowledge of the Human Resources market
- Positive mental attitude and a team player
- Organizational skills
- Experience using ATS, HRIS, CMS software a plus
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter
- Motivated for promotions, commissions and success
- A can-do attitude, resilience and passionate individual
