We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in our brand new Manchester office! Recruitment or Sales experience is essential as are strong business development skills. Our culture is built on collaboration and respect. You will have strong relationship-building skills, be a team player and are truly passionate about building a successful career with us!
Responsibilities
It’s down to you! You’ll have our full support but self-motivation is a must. You will:
· Build a universe of digital candidates and clients
· Act as a mentor, leader and brand ambassador both internally and externally
· Be up to date with the latest trends in your universe and talk about them!
· End to end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, through to post placement follow up
