Senior Recruitment Consultant – Amsterdam

As a senior recruiter you are responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for Salt’s clients. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand the job requirements, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing recruiting strategies to attract top talent, including job postings, social media campaigns, referral programs, and networking events.
  2. Building relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on recruiting best practices, such as job descriptions, candidate assessments, and interview techniques.
  3. Sourcing and screening candidates using various methods, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  4. Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, qualifications, and fit for the role.
  5. Managing the offer process, including negotiating compensation packages and managing candidate expectations.
  6. Providing feedback and guidance to hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  7. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and job openings.
  8. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.

 

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree
  2. 3+ years of experience in recruiting – ideally in an agency environment
  3. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  5. Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  6. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines
