Business Marketing Manager

Salt is hiring a ‘Business Marketing Manager’ with a strong experience in planning, marketing program management & working process management.

The ideal candidate is a strategic problem solver that can utilize both creative and analytical experience to build impactful content. Success in this position requires in-depth knowledge and solid marketing experience, planning and executing plans to fulfil advertiser objectives with the right advertising solutions. They must also have experience influencing stakeholders in a matrixed organization of Greater China, APAC, and the globe.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Content strategist:

§ Use insights tools and available research to drive strategic content development and storytelling (narratives, playbooks, etc.). Manage branding always-on content strategy and annual calendar.

§ Regular review with key stakeholders to align on upcoming content & creativities releases.

The program management & internal communication:

§ Understand business challenges and analyze the customer’s needs to develop the marketing plan.

§ Have strategic thinking and develop the marketing plan of the programs.

§ Individually work and execute the marketing campaigns, manage cross-functional project teams and timeline.

§ Have strong ownership and critical thinking that can proactively find the business opportunities and turn it into a comprehensive plan.

§ Develop marketing campaign assets (such as creativities, content, communication plan etc.).

§ Communicate, solve the problems, and get the alignments.

Marketing function’s routine work & working process management:

§ responsible to manage the basic routine work of Marketing function (i.e., budget management, documentation, meeting arrangements, financial SOW/PO management and so on)

Success measurement and cross-channel result tracking:

§ Define measurement metrics and collect data from each channel for integrated performance reporting.

§ Regular update/ learnings sharing with the team on channel and content performance.

§ have strong data sense that can pull out data from multiple dashboards and conduct the basic analysis.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

· At least 3 years work experience in a marketing function

· Experience defining, developing, and leading audience-led marketing content and activations to drive engagement, reach, and growth

· Good understanding of web/ digital and social platform

· Project management experience including planning, development, execution, measurement, and optimization

· Good data-handling skillset, results-driven mindset

· Program management experience with a clear KPI driven strategy

· Experience with presentation and communication with peers, management, and cross-functional teams

· Experience working and building relationships with cross functional groups and third parties

· Manage complex vendor relationships

· Affluent in English & Mandarin

· Preferred candidates who have CPG, Tech/Ads, eCom industrial experience.
