Renewal Specialist

Salt is looking for a Renewal Specialist for a 12 months extendable contract role

What Will You Do:

  • The primary point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle, developing relationships with key stakeholders and maintaining a focus on driving business value from onboarding through renewal.
  • Act as a communications liaison between Account Managers, Channel Partners, and Customers.
  • Provide customers with information and assistance regarding product updates and new features.
  • Educate customers on the use and benefits of products.
  • Working with customers, channel partners, and sales teams in your assigned regions.
  • Understands and develops a coordinated upsell, cross-sell, and close plan strategy for each opportunity with key stakeholders.
  • Promotes value proposition of upgrades and renewals to maximize return on products and solutions.
  • Provides accurate updates of sales pipeline and forecast to the business leader.
  • Focus on maximizing renewal rate and reducing churn in assigned territory. Mitigate churn risk by handling objections and escalating to management when needed.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed and/or requested.

What Will You Need:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience, in renewal, sales, or account manager.
  • High confidence in managing customer expectations.
  • Ability to problem solve and think outside of the box to meet company expectations.
  • Experience cultivating and developing relationships with clients.
  • Experience in technology sales is preferred.
  • Ability to work well individually, as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to complete, accurate and timely submissions of all required paperwork and system documentation associated with client activity.
  • Organizational skills to facilitate timely and thorough follow up on all client issues to completion.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and display excellent time management skills.
  • Malay or Bahasa Indonesia language skills will be advantageous, but not required.
