{"id":103358,"date":"2024-02-07T13:36:32","date_gmt":"2024-02-07T13:36:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/sg\/jobs\/%wpbb_job_industry%\/renewal-specialist\/"},"modified":"2024-04-08T12:23:50","modified_gmt":"2024-04-08T11:23:50","slug":"renewal-specialist-103358","status":"archive","type":"wpbb_job","link":"https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/sg\/jobs\/business-operations\/renewal-specialist-103358","title":{"rendered":"Renewal Specialist"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Salt is looking for a Renewal Specialist for a 12 months extendable contract role<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>What Will You Do:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The primary point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle, developing relationships with key stakeholders and maintaining a focus on driving business value from onboarding through renewal.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a communications liaison between Account Managers, Channel Partners, and Customers.<\/li>\n<li>Provide customers with information and assistance regarding product updates and new features.<\/li>\n<li>Educate customers on the use and benefits of products.<\/li>\n<li>Working with customers, channel partners, and sales teams in your assigned regions.<\/li>\n<li>Understands and develops a coordinated upsell, cross-sell, and close plan strategy for each opportunity with key stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Promotes value proposition of upgrades and renewals to maximize return on products and solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Provides accurate updates of sales pipeline and forecast to the business leader.<\/li>\n<li>Focus on maximizing renewal rate and reducing churn in assigned territory. Mitigate churn risk by handling objections and escalating to management when needed.<\/li>\n<li>Perform additional tasks as needed and\/or requested.<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What Will You Need:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years&#8217; experience, in renewal, sales, or account manager.<\/li>\n<li>High confidence in managing customer expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to problem solve and think outside of the box to meet company expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Experience cultivating and developing relationships with clients.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in technology sales is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work well individually, as well as part of a team.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to complete, accurate and timely submissions of all required paperwork and system documentation associated with client activity.<\/li>\n<li>Organizational skills to facilitate timely and thorough follow up on all client issues to completion.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize tasks and display excellent time management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Malay or Bahasa Indonesia language skills will be advantageous, but not required.<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>HOW to apply:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage your job search in the right direction by applying via the links below.
