This role will act as a primary operational point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders to resolve Gaming Developers&#8217; inquiries and support them on an ongoing basis.<\/p>\n<p>This will be an operationally intensive role working with various internal processes and systems to keep our partners&#8217; business operations running.<\/p>\n<h2>Roles and Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Work cross-functionally to triage operational issues and help drive resolutions for Gaming Developers<\/li>\n<li>Manage day to day operational work and offer high-touch solutions which includes addressing games submission pipeline, policy compliance, product bugs escalation, developer contracts and registration issues.<\/li>\n<li>Own internal operational tasks such as filing escalation reports, monitoring outcome, communicating status internally and externally.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as an internal advocate aligning operational needs from key gaming partners with the policy and developer platform team.<\/li>\n<li>Being the subject matter expert within the games partnerships team on developer platform policies.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively identify opportunities to improve partner experience on the platform compliance through the creation of scaled messaging and education materials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Minimum Requirements<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>BA\/BS Degree or Higher<\/li>\n<li>3-4 years of experience in online operations, customer success, account \/ partner management or project management, with at least 2 years of experience working in the tech industry<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and the ability to clarify and summarize complex issues<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively and cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externally<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of the internet and\/or gaming industry.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced skill in MS Excel, and PowerPoint for data reporting purposes.<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in both English and Mandarin or Vietnamese as the role requires engaging with partners in these key markets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Partner Solutions Manager (Gaming) role in Singapore &#8211; Apply now!<\/h2>\n<p>Manage your job search in the right direction by applying via the links below.
