{"id":113936,"date":"2024-05-28T05:00:10","date_gmt":"2024-05-28T04:00:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/sg\/jobs\/all-industries\/ui-ux-designer\/"},"modified":"2024-07-27T12:23:51","modified_gmt":"2024-07-27T11:23:51","slug":"ui-ux-designer-113936","status":"archive","type":"wpbb_job","link":"https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/sg\/jobs\/technology\/ui-ux-designer-113936","title":{"rendered":"UI UX Designer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Salt is looking to hire an UI\/UX Designer for a 12 months extendable contract role<\/p>\n<p>What Will You Do:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create user experience goals, priorities, and deliverables that align with product milestones, coordinate multiple projects to completion, and drive adoption of user experience practices.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively engage with multiple project stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and other designers in drafting &amp; brainstorming initial concepts.<\/li>\n<li>Convey design ideas and end-to-end user experience via sketches, storyboards, hi-fidelity mockups, prototypes, or animations.<\/li>\n<li>Create designs that meet product objectives, fit within Design guidelines, and respond to user feedback and usability testing findings.<\/li>\n<li>Support development teams throughout the implementation cycle.<\/li>\n<li>Be an advocate for the user. Conduct primary and\/or secondary research, as well as quick rounds of usability tests.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What will You Need:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 3-5 years of design industry experience in product\/UX design, user journey mapping or equivalent experience.<\/li>\n<li>BA\/BFA degree in HCI or design related field, with an emphasis on user experience, interaction design, or visual design.<\/li>\n<li>A passionate experience designer with a proven track record of great designs and strategy that meet user needs, product requirements, and business goals.<\/li>\n<li>Experience creating visual design variations for A\/B testing, and iterate with rational design adjustments based on testing results.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to grasp the essence of complex design problems and user pain points, and translate them to practical design solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to accept and design against feedback from colleagues in a rapid iterative design process, and effectively produce multiple highly polished and professional finished works under tight timeline.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of Figma (or similar product design program). Familiarity with prototyping tools a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication and storytelling skills.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working in a loosely defined agile and lean design environment.<\/li>\n<li>Full native proficiency in English is a must; additional language skills like Korean and\/or Traditional Chinese is an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>HOW to apply:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage your job search in the right direction by applying via the links below.
