{"id":124444,"date":"2025-02-04T16:56:03","date_gmt":"2025-02-04T16:56:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/sg\/jobs\/%wpbb_job_industry%\/sr-creative-services-manager\/"},"modified":"2025-04-06T12:23:47","modified_gmt":"2025-04-06T11:23:47","slug":"sr-creative-services-manager-124444","status":"archive","type":"wpbb_job","link":"https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/sg\/jobs\/creative\/sr-creative-services-manager-124444","title":{"rendered":"Sr. Creative Services Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Salt talent Search is looking for a Senior Creative Manager for a 12 month contract role<\/p>\n<p>The Senior Creative Manager role will help co-ordinate the traffic and workflow and time of all creative, design and development projects across print, events and digital.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>What Will You Do:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and manage all work through the creative department.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate project deliverables between Creative, Advertising, ABM and Web\/Digital to name a few.<\/li>\n<li>Set up and manage projects and tasks in the Workfront project management (PM) system for creative projects.<\/li>\n<li>Check project doc\/creative brief for accuracy, and request additional details if required.<\/li>\n<li>In conjunction with the Creative Director and other Creative Managers, as well as other department members, establish realistic Workfront schedules.<\/li>\n<li>Develop, implement and maintain PM procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Regular reviews and recommendations of task steps for regular projects.<\/li>\n<li>Hold weekly status meetings and manage the daily task and approval schedules.<\/li>\n<li>Manage staff capacity levels and in agreement with the Creative Director, identify external service providers.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure any freelancers&#8217; or contractors&#8217; timesheets are completed on time.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely issuance of purchase orders and invoices and approves work reports.<\/li>\n<li>Assume responsibility for ensuring appropriate approval processes are followed.<\/li>\n<li>Manage production and vendor team(s) working on a given project.<\/li>\n<li>Hold regular calls and in-person meetings with stakeholders and reviewers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What Will you need:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Over 6 years&#8217; commercial experience and excellent organisational skills<\/li>\n<li>Flexible, self-starter, proactive and strong people management skills<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of the creative process and Print production knowledge will be an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Logical thinker with can-do attitude and Strong communication skills (verbal and written)<\/li>\n<li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and experience using Workfront or similar PM\/TM tool<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>CEI No: R1763696 | Licence No: 07C3147<\/p>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/VlJhbWFzd2FteS44MDYxNC4xMjExM0BzYWx0LmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Salt talent Search is looking for a Senior Creative Manager for a 12 month contract role The Senior Creative Manager role will help co-ordinate the traffic and workflow and time of all creative, design and development projects across print, events and digital.
