Establish and manage cross-functional communications and workflows, ensuring effective exchange of information and deliverables, across multiple global timezones.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to proactively identify and solve potential challenges throughout the creative and production processes.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations, when necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Deep project oversight to ensure that time-sensitive bottlenecks are eliminated and high quality creative is produced on time.<\/li>\n<li>Partner closely with internal and external teams to ensure all deliverables are implemented accurately, deadlines are met and executions are flawless.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee project budgets, forecasts and spend tracking. Coordinate business affairs and legal approvals where required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What Will You Need:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Extensive creative production experience specifically with design, illustration and motion projects at a design agency or in-house design department.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience working with world-class creative teams, managing design processes and systems at scale.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to grasp technical complexity and distill and convey pertinent information to internal and external stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with international brands or agencies, with multi-language and culturally relevant content.<\/li>\n<li>Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive problem solver.<\/li>\n<li>Solid technical understanding of static and motion specifications and of design tools and workflows.<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive attitude are a must. Experience working with project budgets, evaluating external partner proposals and negotiating agency fees.
