This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in agency management and programmatic go-to-market (GTM) execution.<\/p>\n<p>The Program Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing agency programs, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Communications to drive program success.<\/p>\n<h2><strong style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and manage agency programs end-to-end, ensuring successful execution with minimal supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Communications to align on program objectives and execution strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement structured processes to track stakeholder readiness, report key milestones, manage risks, and escalate issues as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Anticipate bottlenecks, assess trade-offs, and make data-driven decisions to optimize program impact.<\/li>\n<li>Manage program cadences, including executive status updates, escalations, risk mitigation, and documentation management.<\/li>\n<li>Educate and engage internal teams on available programs, materials, and opportunities to drive adoption and effectiveness.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Data Science and Analytics teams to measure program performance, derive insights, and refine strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Draft and refine program communications, collateral, and internal\/external presentations to ensure clarity and alignment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Skills:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in program management, specifically within agency environments and programmatic GTM execution.<\/li>\n<li>Strong operational background with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and improving efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and drive execution with minimal oversight.<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing global programs and understanding regional market nuances.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to drive decision-making and measure program effectiveness.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in tools such as MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), project management software, and data visualization tools.<\/li>\n<li>Experience drafting executive-level presentations and program communications.<\/li>\n<li>Previous ad agency or ads sales experience preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Manage your job search in the right direction by applying via the links below.
