In this role you will be responding to and managing any fraud or non-compliant queries, whilst working closely with stakeholders to ensure the community is protected from malicious behavior.<\/p>\n<h2>Job Scope :<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Foundational knowledge of identity theft, fraud and industry risk trends would be great<\/li>\n<li>Experience working as part of a team in a medium to large enterprise is essential<\/li>\n<li>A passion for security and a customer focused mindset will help you succeed<\/li>\n<li>Fluent English skills (verbal and written)<\/li>\n<li>A team first mentality<\/li>\n<li>An analytical mindset and an eye for detail<\/li>\n<li>Experience querying sets of data from various sources<\/li>\n<li>The team operates on a rotational shift as part of a seven-day roster during business hours<\/li>\n<li>You might have a background as an Analyst or in a customer focused role and should have a passion for solving problems, working with customers, learning about fraud and risk mitigation, and being part of a team that works collaboratively<\/li>\n<li>At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience desired<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If this role sounds like your ideal job move, please reach out to me, Jaya on +<span data-sheets-root=\"1\">65 6372 9440.
