{"id":127776,"date":"2025-03-28T01:54:17","date_gmt":"2025-03-28T01:54:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/sg\/jobs\/%wpbb_job_industry%\/sr-enrollment-specialist"},"modified":"2025-03-28T01:54:18","modified_gmt":"2025-03-28T01:54:18","slug":"sr-enrollment-specialist-127776","status":"publish","type":"wpbb_job","link":"https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/sg\/jobs\/business-operations\/sr-enrollment-specialist-127776","title":{"rendered":"Sr. Enrollment Specialist"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Salt Talent Search is looking for an Sr. Enrollment Specialist for a 12 months extendable contract role in Singapore.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: verdana\">Jobs and responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for both online and offline customer acquisition to nurture potential leads into a customer<\/li>\n<li>Proactively manage and respond to a high volume of prospective students through various channels &#8211; phone, video calls, chat and in person events<\/li>\n<li>Own targets and manage a robust pipeline of prospective student in HubSpot to achieve measurable results against a range of funnel management and activity metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Continuously learn and master the course catalogue through training and independent research to offer the best enrolment experience to prospective students<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate eligible candidate&#8217;s enrolment journey which includes processing of online registration, identity verification, screening for suited track and ensuring online payment transactions prior to the start of class<\/li>\n<li>Ensure accuracy and validity during enrolment by conducting documents and contracts checks throughout enrolment process<\/li>\n<li>Handle withdrawals\/deferments before start of course<\/li>\n<li>Keep accurate and detailed records of documents<\/li>\n<li>Provide daily update on the progress on registration and enrolment status<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: verdana\">Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, process-driven and mature<\/li>\n<li>Empathetic and confident during sales pitches with exceptional closing skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to understand an individual&#8217;s wants and needs to offer a logical solution<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years in consultative sales, consumer sales or admissions\/ recruiting<\/li>\n<li>Meticulous with an eye for detail, organised and able to multi-task<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you think this is your ideal job, please hit the apply button or write to me at vramaswamy@welovesalt.com for a confidential discussion.
