What Will You Do:<\/h3>\n

\n
• Partner with Sales to take inquiries and requests from advertisers\/partners to address their questions on troubleshooting cases and ad policy enquiries<\/li>\n
• Work with internal teams to follow up on advertisers\/partners’ questions and be able to provide the updates or resolutions for the users timely and independently<\/li>\n
• Support the operational and administrative works from sales teams when necessary<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  What Will You Need:<\/h3>\n

  \n
  • 3-5 years’ experience working directly with marketing or media<\/li>\n
  • Effective and creative problem solving and decision-making skills<\/li>\n
  • Ability to manage complex work streams while maintaining attention to details<\/li>\n
  • Excellent critical thinking, analytical and technical skills<\/li>\n
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage cross functional partnership as well as client relationships in complex and rapidly evolving environment<\/li>\n
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English<\/li>\n
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
