Salt Talent Search is looking to hire a Employee Relations Executive for a 6 months contract role, This role will coach, consult, collaborate, advice and manage employee and deal with stakeholders across departments and locations.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n

Act as a neutral, single point of contact who can help connect directly with resources or HR partners<\/li>\n
Provide guidance to a diverse population on a wide range of potentially sensitive, confidential and difficult topics with utmost discretion<\/li>\n
Center employee care and well-being during and after an ER process (investigations and workplace concerns)<\/li>\n
Help translate Care insights into actions that support clients culture<\/li>\n
Join a dynamic global team; working occasional non-standard business hours may be necessary<\/li>\n
Create inclusive, psychologically safe settings with empathy and active listening<\/li>\n
Help develop customized care plans that center well-being, transparency, and agency<\/li>\n
Independently manage Care Program referrals from the regional ER team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
What Do You Need:<\/h2>\n
\n
5 years of Human Resources experience including investigations\/complaint procedures\/case management\/program management<\/li>\n
Experience handling confidential and sensitive information<\/li>\n
Ability to work occasional non-standard US hours to accommodate global team structure<\/li>\n
Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment and decision-making<\/li>\n
Ability to build trust and rapport across diverse audiences<\/li>\n
Excellent communication skills with a particular focus on empathetic listening, conflict resolution, de-escalation and risk mitigation<\/li>\n
Coaching or counseling experience on sensitive people matters<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
