In this role you are expected to have procurement experience as to understand the full lifecycle of engaging with vendors (from onboarding to offboarding)<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Job Description:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Research and evaluate performance requirements of suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability and other relevant factors.<\/li>\n<li>Review bids from suppliers for conformity to contract requirements and determine acceptable bids.<\/li>\n<li>Provides bids, process specification, test and progress reports, and other exhibits as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Requests or support amendments to or extensions of contracts.<\/li>\n<li>Advises relevant departments of contractual rights and obligations.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor services to ensure that goods\/services come in on time and resolve problems related to undelivered goods or services.<\/li>\n<li>Manages any contractual \/ administrative \/ order management work to support the various projects\/bids<\/li>\n<li>Dashboard creation and work with internal teams to drive automation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualification:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, project management skills and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to analyze reports, price proposals and other technical or relevant data.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to accurately document and record customer\/client information.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to predict consumer buying patterns.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to purchasing\/services.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word\/Excel and Tableau. Education\/Experience<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in finance or a related business field required.
