Working from its APAC HQ in Singapore, the successful candidate will find themselves working in an agile environment, involved in the end-to-end process of improving the overall experience for its 60M monthly users from over 30 countries. To support this, successful candidates will enjoy a supportive, trusting and transparent working environment and enjoy the awesome perks associated with a successful start-up.<\/p>\n<p>To be considered for this role, you would ideally have\/be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous job experience as a product designer ideally within an internet economy business or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>A portfolio<strong>*<\/strong> showcasing best-in-class work that captures the ABCs of Design, purpose, poise, panache<\/li>\n<li>Able to put out quick iterations and hi-fidelity prototypes and still have the ability to work in a changing environment. You know the pit falls of just incrementalism. Show us grand thinking, and small actions that had impact<\/li>\n<li>Data aware, informed and driven, with the ability to analyse and know which features can act as force multipliers. You&#8217;re also not afraid to harness your data to validate your designs.<\/li>\n<li>Passionate and empathetic &#8211; You have a desire to solve problems and don&#8217;t burn out when faced with obstacles.
