You will also collaborate with cross-functional partners to support the Workplace Violence Prevention team by keeping the team organised and ensuring no details of concerns reported are overlooked.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you will be doing in this role? <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate the intake process for possible new incidents, creating case summary documents and organising\/tracking summaries in team tracker and in security database.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure case summary documents are updated as needed, including notes from Council meetings. <\/li>\n<li>Identify, track and report metrics, assessing trends across cases and performance of project initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 10pt\">What we are looking for? <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3-5 years of experience working in an administrative, security, investigative, social work, counselling, psychology, criminology, or legal support role with a focus on customer service\/case management.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you are interested in this role, then look no further.
