This role is not a nice to have, the “customer led” focus has the backing of the board and the investment and authority to make it happen. This role is in banking, but not as we know it hence the opportunity to orchestrate and reimagine the offering. It won’t be without challenge, but nothing great ever is.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
