{"id":64604,"date":"2021-09-23T16:04:49","date_gmt":"2021-09-23T15:04:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/welovesalt.com\/sg\/jobs\/%wpbb_job_industry%\/recruitment-coordinator\/"},"modified":"2021-11-23T11:24:07","modified_gmt":"2021-11-23T11:24:07","slug":"recruitment-coordinator-64604","status":"archive","type":"wpbb_job","link":"https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/sg\/jobs\/human-resources\/recruitment-coordinator-64604\/","title":{"rendered":"Recruitment Coordinator"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Salt Talent Search is looking to hire a Recruitment Coordinator for a 12 months extendable contract Role.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>You will be part of the HR Ops team to help in Coordination and Operational activities around Recruitment, <\/p>\n<p> You will contribute directly to the overall success of Staffing team by providing excellent service to your candidates and building relationships with hiring teams who will rely on your partnership and expertise to ensure a seamless candidate and interviewer experience.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 14.53px;background-color: #ffffff\">Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Coordinate all logistics of onsite, phone, and virtual candidate interviews or hiring committee meetings across multiple time zones and locations, including complex scheduling at scale and meeting room booking\/candidate travel arrangements when applicable<\/li>\n<li> Develop strong partnerships with Staffing, interviewers\/hiring committee members, and candidates through timely follow-up, clear communication, thoroughness in work product, and superb attention to detail<\/li>\n<li> Represent the Staffing organization to all partners, stakeholders, and candidates with laser focus on delivering equitable experiences, exceptional customer service, and consistent, high-quality work<\/li>\n<li> Ensure data integrity and update candidate records in applicant tracking system, including confidential application materials<\/li>\n<li> Work towards meeting and exceeding personal and team metrics and targets<\/li>\n<li> Participate in initiatives aimed towards enhancing our procedures and systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 14.53px;background-color: #ffffff\">What Do you Need:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Excellence in organization, prioritization, attention to detail, and time management <\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Ability to independently manage high volumes of work with demanding timelines and remain calm under pressure <\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to speak and write in English <\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Proven creativity, flexibility, and ability to problem-solve and navigate complicated, ambiguous <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><strong style=\"font-size: 100%;background-color: transparent\">HOW to apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Manage your job search in the right direction by applying via the links below. .
