The incumbent will be partnering with sales teams to identify customers&#8217; critical business issues and assist in structuring deal that meet both company&#8217;s requirements and the customer&#8217;s needs<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11px\">Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be a trusted partner to the sales team on deal structuring and quoting, complex deals options and ensuring consistent application of policies. <\/li>\n<li>Perform to a specified set of metrics and service levels. <\/li>\n<li>Acts as the key contact point for deal approvals and escalations to internal stakeholders, including but not limited to: Business Unit, Legal, Credit, Revenue Assurance, Audit and Compliance, Order Management, Sales Operations, Customer Success Manager. <\/li>\n<li>Utilize SFDC CPQ, ensuring Quotes and Contracts are approved within internal policies and procedures. <\/li>\n<li>Provide in-quarter deal status and communication to sale finance and sales management. Evaluate current processes and make recommendations for areas of improvement. <\/li>\n<li>Ad-hoc responsibilities on special projects and analysis as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11px\">What you need to succeed <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You thrive in a team environment, are self-motivated, and are extremely detail-oriented with demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills. <\/li>\n<li>Minimum 4 years of experience in a Deal Desk, Pricing, Sales Finance, Sales Operations or Revenue role in an Enterprise Software\/SaaS industry <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated success partnering with internal business units and cross functional teams <\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to articulate verbally and written, willingness to appropriately explain difficult issues; ability to think quickly <\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, commercial acumen, project management and organizational skills <\/li>\n<li>Ability to excel in a fast growing\/fast paced environment delivering accuracy while managing to deadlines independently where adaptability is imperative <\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of revenue recognition rules <\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Salesforce.com, CPQ\/quoting tool, Microsoft office applications <\/li>\n<li>Mandarin speaking due to job coverage requirement <\/li>\n<li>Korean speaking is an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Manage your job search in the right direction by applying via the links below.
