Salt Talent Search is looking for a Project Coordinator for a 12 months extendable contract role. This role is with one of the well known Media client and manages APAC and EMEA region.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

What will you Do:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf Assist Localization Project Managers in your vertical at a title level.<\/p>\n

\u25cf Ensure timely project setup via tools and validate work orders in the various systems.<\/p>\n

\u25cf Assign localization tasks to external partners as prescribed by the Project Manager.<\/p>\n

\u25cf Oversee status and completion of assets and inform internal and cross-functional stakeholders as required.<\/p>\n

\u25cf Escalate issues to the relevant teams to ensure that your slate of titles progresses in a timely manner.<\/p>\n

\u25cf Socialize operational insights that could potentially be automated or enhanced to further alleviate manual efforts. \u25cf Perform other project-related tasks as assigned.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

What do you have: <\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf Project management experience, ideally within content localization.<\/p>\n

\u25cf Excellent stakeholder management skills.<\/p>\n

\u25cf Proven success in coordinating multiple and complex projects simultaneously.<\/p>\n

\u25cf Great written and verbal communication skills<\/p>\n

\u25cf Fluency in English – other languages are a plus<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
