Freshers are welcome to apply.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Manages new and existing complex client installations, working cross functionally to deliver services in the agreed upon timeframe and according to client expectations.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Responsible for owning and resolving a wide range of standard and non-standard client requests and account issues.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Proposes and develops solutions cross functionally to solve non-standard client requests.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Responsible for client satisfaction for a portfolio of clients measured via client surveys and other methodology.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Understands clients&#8217; footprint and contractual agreement.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 At least 1 year of relevant working experience<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Collaborative personality and able to build strong personal relationships.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Highly organized, with attention to detail and a dedication to resolving issues.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Calm and effective under pressure.
