{"id":79035,"date":"2022-11-29T08:47:31","date_gmt":"2022-11-29T08:47:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/welovesalt.com\/sg\/jobs\/%wpbb_job_industry%\/events-specialist\/"},"modified":"2023-01-28T11:24:13","modified_gmt":"2023-01-28T11:24:13","slug":"events-specialist-79035","status":"archive","type":"wpbb_job","link":"https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/sg\/jobs\/business-operations\/events-specialist-79035\/","title":{"rendered":"Events Specialist"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Salt is looking for an exceptional Project Manager in this role you will help build music and content promotional strategies to connect with communities across genres and interest groups &#8211; across <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">YouTube<\/a> &amp; <a href=\"https:\/\/music.youtube.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">YouTube Music<\/a> (Including short form and long form content) and multiple Social digital platforms, at both a global and market-specific scale<\/p>\n<p><strong>What Will You Do:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute the strategy for promoting music and driving engagement across Music, including in Shorts.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute strategies for new product programming initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Build on understanding of Culture and Entertainment consumption trends to drive higher engagement and a deeper connection with the Artists and Fans<\/li>\n<li>Oversee &#8216;lifecycle of a song&#8217; programming across on-platform and playlist ecosystems and the broader user experience<\/li>\n<li>Conduct metrics-based analysis of programming campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to Music&#8217;s global programming &amp; content strategy team and its efforts to drive improvements and innovative features on behalf of users worldwide, mainly for the Indian audience.<\/li>\n<li>Support partner and technical teams to troubleshoot customer-facing issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What Will You Need:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum Graduate degree required (Manager is open to Diploma)<\/li>\n<li>4+ years in a programming role in Radio \/ online digital music content business<\/li>\n<li>Successful track record of delivering user engagement through building multi platform experiences and communities<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to speak and write in native-level English (TOEIC score 900-990 or any relevant test) and local languages fluently and idiomatically.<\/li>\n<li>Passionate about music, with a deep understanding of local entertainment industries<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of content in Indo &amp; global genres<\/li>\n<li>Strong programming and creative skills &#8211; ability to craft messaging and work with design and production resources to drive creative execution.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills; ability to analyze research or performance data and apply that analysis to optimize our programming strategy<\/li>\n<li>Digital native, with strong technical skills.
