{"id":80399,"date":"2023-02-13T00:44:54","date_gmt":"2023-02-13T00:44:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/welovesalt.com\/sg\/jobs\/%wpbb_job_industry%\/program-consultant\/"},"modified":"2023-04-14T12:24:12","modified_gmt":"2023-04-14T11:24:12","slug":"program-consultant-80399","status":"archive","type":"wpbb_job","link":"https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/sg\/jobs\/business-operations\/program-consultant-80399\/","title":{"rendered":"Program Consultant"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Salt Talent Search is looking for a Program Specialist with experience in Human Resource and Data for 6 months extendable contract role.<\/p>\n<p>Job description:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and implement the rollout of new programs and digital tools to large cohorts<\/li>\n<li>Manage weekly surveys including designing, basic survey programming (simple UI, coding not required), scheduling, administration, database management &amp; analysis<\/li>\n<li>Collect &amp; analyse data\/information, and evaluate program efficiency<\/li>\n<li>Organize virtual\/physical events to connect current Rise learners with alumni, industry experts and recruiting companies<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with recruitment partners to explore and match job opportunities for Rise learners * Provide level 1 customer support, address routine concerns, escalate more complex cases, and follow up with cases to resolution<\/li>\n<li>Collect digital documents, perform quality check &amp; upload to document management system<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What Do you need:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 2 years of work experience in customer support, data analysis, or human resource functions<\/li>\n<li>Have a bachelor&#8217;s degree<\/li>\n<li>Responsible &amp; meticulous, able to own the assigned tasks end to end with attention to details<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical mindset with excellent analytical, logical, reasoning and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good team player and takes strong ownership in work<\/li>\n<li>Great interpersonal skills, with empathetic communication approach<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written &amp; verbal communication in English<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in MS Excel &amp; PowerPoint<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Alteryx , Tableau or Hubspot is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Manage your job search in the right direction by applying via the links below.
