SALT is hiring a ‘Senior HR Advisory Lead’ to drive and support the implementation of regional HR programs and strategies pertaining to Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Rewards, Talent management, Staff engagement & Performance management across the APAC region.<\/p>\n

<\/strong><\/p>\n

Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Consultancy, analysis & problem-solving<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7 Applies advanced HR functional knowledge to solve a range of complex business issues within a specific organizational unit or area of corporate activity<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Deploys a range of specialist HR or bespoke approaches relevant to support the provision of high-quality services and advice<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Provide support and advice to managers and aid them with planning during a period of major changes and culture change.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Internal customer focus<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7 Builds an in-depth understanding of the particular operational context, opportunities and challenges facing their specific internal customer(s), and of how those relate to wider issues across the broader organization<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Collaborate with other HR teams and the business to ensure appropriate solutions are designed and rolled out with an emphasis on standard approaches<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Service improvement<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7 Gathering and consolidating of benefit cost data to inform the analysis and evaluation the total costs of benefits offerings and recommendations<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Provide intelligence on HR service gaps to People BPS, Operations\/SSC, CoEs and support the implementation of solutions<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Functional expertise<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7 Provides expert professional advice, support and challenge to internal customers and other stakeholders to support the development of high quality, effective and continuously improving business practices within HR.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Provide regional support to the business and CoE in managing complex casework and oversight and monitoring of all discipline and conduct related issues,<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Leadership & management<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7 Support implementation of the regional people strategy <\/p>\n

\u00b7 Determines work plans and coordinates input from others (who may be outside the direct management line) to meet specific objectives<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Provide leadership and management to other members of the HR Advisory team<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Project management and change management<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7 Use data, insight and expertise to inform all stages of projects and initiatives from identify where improvements could be made through to adoption of initiatives.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Drive effectiveness, quality and efficiency into all HR Advisory initiatives and monitor the achievement of clear project objectives.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Knowledge and Experience Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7 Considerable experience of working in HR at a senior level<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Strong knowledge of:<\/p>\n

\u00a7 Employee Relations<\/p>\n

\u00a7 Data analytics ( using data to inform assessments and solutions)<\/p>\n

\u00a7 Talent Management<\/p>\n

\u00a7 Learning and Development<\/p>\n

\u00a7 Rewards<\/p>\n

\u00a7 Staff Engagement<\/p>\n

\u00a7 Performance Management<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Change management (demonstrable experience)<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Team management experience, including virtual teams<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
