This requires wider knowledge and expertise on the IT Service mgmt. processes and tools like Servicenow. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong style=\"color: black;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Assist Global Process Owner to<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish a strategy and framework for a consolidated Technology Lifecycle mgmt. process for the Bank and help in establishing the org construct<\/li>\n<li>Draft end to end TLCM standards \/ process by collaborating with all relevant stakeholders across Product, Asset, Configuration, License and Obsolescence teams.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the associated Tools and Technology is made operational and fit for use<\/li>\n<li>Institutionalize the process implementation across all Technology domains<\/li>\n<li>Conduct Operational Risk Assessments and seek approval from the Second line Risk Control Owner or ORO and any governance committee (such as PGC) approval if required.<\/li>\n<li>Review process on annual basis and identify scope for improvement and help drive efficiency in the organisation.<\/li>\n<li>Identify all the processes to be changed by the project in the inception phase.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare the list of processes whose operational risk profile is potentially subject to change by the project<\/li>\n<li>Represent in a PgSC or PSC member and held address \/ provide relevant updates<\/li>\n<li>Sign-off go live\/release of major project deliverables to confirm suitability of any testing and compensating controls<\/li>\n<li>Define, measure, publish &amp; control RIR metrics periodically. Attend Governance meetings (PgSC\/PSC, PGC and other governance meetings)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong style=\"color: black;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">Strategy<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Establish a strategy and framework for a consolidated Technology Lifecycle mgmt. process for the Bank and help in establishing the org construct<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong style=\"color: black;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">Business<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Ensure the TLCM process is defined, established and institutionalised across the Bank by well defined procedures and controls. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong style=\"color: black;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">Processes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Understanding of the IT Asset Management Controls, Standards and Processes and lineage amongst Product Asset and Config Item. Understanding of the key stakeholder requirements from IT Asset HAM\/SAM, Configuration mgmt., Product lifecycle mgmt., License mgmt. and Obsolescence mgmt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong style=\"color: black;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">People &amp; Talent<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent organisation and leadership skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines and effectively prioritise.<\/li>\n<li>Set clear objectives and provide steer to the team.<\/li>\n<li>Develop talent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong style=\"color: black;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">Risk Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with first and second line of Risk personal and help identify and document key risks for the process<\/li>\n<li>Support the management of the process professionally and efficiently, closely tracking timeline commitments for provision of information and action plans, and for validation of actions taken.<\/li>\n<li>Drive the adoption of &#8220;lessons learnt&#8221; driving consistency and efficiency and help improve process efficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong style=\"color: black;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">Governance<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish and run steering committees for Technology Lifecycle Management providing governance as per the Bank&#8217;s Programme Management standards.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure key risk, audit queries and issues are monitored and appropriately addressed by key stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure adoption of the Process controls and reporting to ITSM Management and Second Line of Defence as appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and govern the Risk control metrics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong style=\"color: black;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">Regulatory &amp; Business Conduct<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group&#8217;s Values and Code of Conduct.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
