This position will partner with internal product teams to provide end-to-end planning and execution support the client products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, experience with A\/B testing and ads knowledge.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Scope:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive test plans and strategies, including establishing clear exit criteria and success metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Own the operational execution of testing workflows, including recruitment outreach, test QA, and performance tracking across multiple projects.<\/li>\n<li>Translate onboarding guides, feedback surveys, and email communications from English to Thai to ensure effective communication with testing participants.<\/li>\n<li>Lead 1:1 feedback call with testing participants when applicable to gather valuable insights and feedback.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and troubleshoot the progress of tests to ensure overall program quality and consistency.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and prioritize product issues and bugs, and quickly triage them to the relevant stakeholders for resolution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience in project management, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects on time and with high quality<\/li>\n<li>5+ years of experience in client-facing communications, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with A\/B testing or qualitative testing (surveys, interviews), with a proven ability to design and execute experiments that drive product improvements and inform data-driven decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Thai language proficiency required due to the nature of the job.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If this role sounds like your ideal job move, please reach out to me, Jaya at jvenkataraman@welovesalt.com alternatively you may apply via the system!
