The candidate will provide administrative support to the following HR executives (Inclusion &amp; Diversity Consultant for APAC and Human Resource Business Partner for Thailand) and is also responsible for event management of HR-related activities for the team.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Administrative duties such as processing travel, expense reports, digital and physical<\/p>\n<p>filing, ordering of equipment, restaurant bookings<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Schedule meetings, internally and externally across different regions and time zones<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Maintain calendars for HR executives namely, Inclusion &amp; Diversity Consultant for APAC<\/p>\n<p>and Human Resource Business Partner for Thailand<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Responsible for event management and logistics for HR-related events\/activities<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Maintain a log to track projects and their status<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Coordinate international travel arrangements if needed<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Administrative duties around processing travel and expense reports<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Manage various internal team events such as team offsites, all-hands\/forums<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Heavy communication internally and externally<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u25cf 5+ years as an admin assistant supporting multiple executives<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Team-player who operates in a fast-paced team-oriented setting<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Understanding of how to prioritise and respond accordingly<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Independent worker, with strong judgement and ability to make decisions quickly<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Manage your job search in the right direction by applying via the links below.
