Their mission is to help their customers set-up remote working capabilities and employ international workers with ease, an ethos they follow themselves, and they are seeking Account Executives to focus on the SMB market in the US. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and own a targeted account list and develop a territory plan for winning business with companies between 201-1,000 employees<\/li>\n<li>Manage the customer buying journey from start to finish, providing subject matter expertise and guidance to prospective customers<\/li>\n<li>Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets<\/li>\n<li>Continually develop a robust sales pipeline through individual outreach, collaborating with your sales development representative, and managing inbound prospects<\/li>\n<li>Keep CRM system up to date with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data so we can learn more about our business and our sales process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years sales experience, with a minimum of 1 year selling into the Mid-Market segment<\/li>\n<li>A track record of developing a greenfield territory, executing across the full sales cycle, and adding net new logos<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in cross-functional teams to ensure Customer Success and Satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Desire to work for a fast-paced start-up and take on increasing levels of responsibility<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is a 100% remote working position accross the US and Canada.
