Application Security Engineer – $220,000+<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Salt is currently partnered with a leading Healthcare the US in an effort to enhance best Security practices. Together, we are searching for a number of senior Application Security Engineers to join a growing team.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with other business units to ensure & will be given a variety of tasks including:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
· Collaborating with Engineers, helping to build out their security practices, helping transform their Agile and DevOps practices.<\/p>\n
· Working with various stakeholders to improve (sometimes reinvent) the security architecture.<\/p>\n
· Complete a variety of tasks including Threat modeling, Penetration Testing (pen testing).<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
The ideal candidate will have a background similar to:<\/p>\n
· Deep technical knowledge of application security – Web application preferred<\/p>\n
· Manual testing and Automation testing (dynamic testing, static testing, pen testing)<\/p>\n
· A background in scripting (python)<\/p>\n
· Experience working in a cloud based environment (AWS is preferred but will consider Azure or GCP)<\/p>\n
