Application Security Architect required for a large Financial organization that operates across North America. We have partnered with a leading Financial organization that is looking to launch its new flagship product. Together, we are searching for an experienced Application Security Architect who has previously established AppSec programs.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
You will be working with a fast-growing business this is an opportunity to blueprint Application Security for the business, you will be given a variety of tasks including:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
· Lead all Security Engineering tasks including introducing App Security to the business<\/p>\n
· Asses all existing security protocols that currently are in place, looking for ways to implement & improve best practices<\/p>\n
· Add value to technical design, product & vendor selection<\/p>\n
· Oversee the deployment of a new incident response practice<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
The ideal candidate will have a background similar to:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
· Strong Educational Background (Computer Science is preferred but will consider surrounding fields)<\/p>\n
· Application Security background – Manual testing and Automation testing (dynamic testing, static testing, pen testing)<\/p>\n
· A background in either C++, Go, Java, Python or Rust<\/p>\n
· Experience working in a cloud-based environment (Azure is preferred but will consider AWS or GCP)<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
