Your expertise in the strategic management of technologies, processes, data, campaign operations and analytics will help the company drive more efficient, effective, transparent and results-driven marketing efforts.<\/p>\n<p>As the leader of a<strong> newly-created function<\/strong>, this is an incredible opportunity to lay the foundation for strategic B2B marketing operations and to establish the B2B marketing team as a growth driver of the business.<\/p>\n<p>This is a<strong> fully REMOTE FTE role based out of the USA.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>ASSESS the current state of B2B marketing operations<\/strong>, create needs assessment, prioritization, strategic approach, and implementation plan aligned with overall B2B vision<\/li>\n<li>Promote omnichannel operational excellence across properties and programs <\/li>\n<li><strong>Manage and optimize B2B MarTech stack<\/strong>; Own strategy, selection, integrations, vendor management, team training, platform education, analytics capabilities, cross-functional alignment, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with Sales Ops to <strong>align and optimize marketing to sales handoff<\/strong>, including lead scoring, lead data ingestion and routing, demand generation reporting, CRM data health, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Drive cross-functional implementation of database management, analytics infrastructure, campaign segmentation\/optimization, and execution<\/li>\n<li>Initiate and own cross-functional strategic planning with data, tech, and operations teams to ensure roadmap alignment and advocate for B2B marketing prioritization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your Profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years of experience (3-5 in B2B)<\/li>\n<li>Expert in MarTech implementation<\/li>\n<li>Expert in <strong>Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud<\/strong>, Web Analytics, WordPress<\/li>\n<li>Experience running agile development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(Senior) Director, B2B Marketing Operations Hiring a (Senior) Director of B2B Marketing Operations to be the MarTech, data, and technology lead for all B2B marketing efforts.
