This allows you to benefit from the best: a dynamic and hands-on startup environment as well as the unique leverage, reputation, and global network of their investor.<\/p>\n<p>They are building a unique set of analytics and data products that will be fed from a modern, cloud-based data platform. It will facilitate the ability to connect hundred of customers, thousands of systems, and a number of 3rd party partners across the globe to a single integrated data set. This will be an industry first. You will own it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How can you be part of our success?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working closely with CPO and CTO to establish the platform&#8217;s business value, data architecture, technology directions, and support messaging, communication and customer outreach as necessary<\/li>\n<li>Setting ambitious and clear platform vision and communicate it effectively to stakeholders, the team, and the rest of the unit<\/li>\n<li>Owning the data model and data architecture and integration strategy to enable our platform to connect across hundreds or thousands of systems at scale<\/li>\n<li>Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure digital vision and the platform align with key requirements to build our products, align with team strategy and the requirements for each sprint<\/li>\n<li>Being accountable for platform specific KPIs once solution enters production and communicate regular tracking to stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Utilizing market and industry knowledge to translate product and user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for the platform team. Maintain a backlog 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the team<\/li>\n<li>Facilitating release planning with stakeholders as well as weekly demos<\/li>\n<li>Being a key role on Agile team(s) and works onsite with the team on a daily basis<\/li>\n<li>Integrating usability studies and research into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and ensure customer driven design<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What are we looking for?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Expertise in data platforms, data products, and agile product ownership. Someone who is keen to own and commercialize a data-as-a-product capability<\/li>\n<li>5+ years of experience building modern, cloud-based, data platforms (e.g., data lakes, data warehouse, CDP) with demonstrated experience in translating business requirements into data architectures and data models<\/li>\n<li>3+ years of experience in digital product management<\/li>\n<li>Experience with data governance and data quality practices and codifying these capabilities into data products<\/li>\n<li>Strong collaborator with cross-functional teams from tech, design, and business<\/li>\n<li>Proven knowledge and understanding of standard practices, technology and supporting industry principles<\/li>\n<li>Understanding and knowledge of various roles of the SaaS marketplace, e.g., customer acquisition, marketplace ops, etc. and how they interact with product offering<\/li>\n<li>Experienced in facilitating agile ceremonies, managing a backlog\/release plan, tracking team level metrics, removing blockers (burndown chart, release burn up, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Deep experience leading with teams in an agile setting, has worked with engineering or cross functional digital teams<\/li>\n<li>Strong leader, collaborator, team player, and individual contributor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>My client is building a new digital platform to accelerate an industry&#8217;s transition towards a new digital and more sustainable era.
