This role will drive key top of funnel and mid-funnel CRO initiatives, including executing conversion strategies, A\/B testing and improvements to meet (and exceed) revenue goals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aid in the development and evolution of CRO strategy; identifying opportunities across the marketing website and product onboarding experience<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with teams in marketing, sales, design, and product to identify and prioritize conversion opportunities and work cross-functionally on execution of optimization efforts<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for top-of-funnel digital conversion optimization execution and performance reporting (incl. trial sign-up, lead generation forms, demos, chatbot playbooks, etc.); responsible for mid-funnel conversion optimization execution and performance reporting (incl. trial experience, web personalization, and checkout optimizations)<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and report on KPIs across different marketing channels, different buyer segments, and different parts of the customer journey<\/li>\n<li>Manage intake of A\/B testing hypothesis from marketing and product stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Build experiments and coordinate with the engineering team on the development of complex experiments<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the implementation of winning experiments in the CMS with the web publishing team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your background:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of successful online marketing experience in software and\/or ecommerce<\/li>\n<li>A\/B testing (eg. Optimizely, Google Optimize)<\/li>\n<li>Personalization (Optimizely, Dynamic Yield, Proof, Adobe Target)<\/li>\n<li>Analytics (eg. Amplitude, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, MixPanel)<\/li>\n<li>User testing (eg. TryMyUI, Hotjar, surveys)<\/li>\n<li>CMS (eg. Craft, WordPress)<\/li>\n<li>CRM (eg.
