The team is looking to hire a <strong>Sr. Growth Marketing Manager<\/strong> &#8211; this is a remote, full time PERM position. <\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"683\">As the <strong>Senior Growth Marketing Manager<\/strong>, you will drive growth by building, measuring, optimizing and scaling a portfolio of paid media channels including Online Video, Paid Search, Paid Social, Display and Affiliates. <\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"1119\"><strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">Your responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead growth and optimization strategy across Paid Media Channels <\/li>\n<li>Aggressively grow a substantial monthly spend while maintaining RoAS<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and report out on key performance metrics<\/li>\n<li>Develop hypothesis and implement testing strategies to drive growth using creative\/copy, LPO, audience segmentation, ad placements, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with analytics to identify performance trends and develop insights to help influence decisions for paid media strategy<\/li>\n<li>Influence cross-functional teams to get things done and drive business results<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your profile<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8+ years of relevant professional experience and 4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media channels (in house or owned)<\/li>\n<li>BA\/BS degree (MBA is a plus)<\/li>\n<li>Experience using online advertising solutions (i.e. Google Adwords, Facebook Ad Manager, DSP, SA360, Kenshoo, Adobe Ad Cloud is required)<\/li>\n<li>Basic\/Intermediate SQL experience a plus<\/li>\n<li>Experience with web analytics software such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics is required<\/li>\n<li>Deep familiarity with all digital marketing metrics including CPA, CPC, CPM and RoAS <\/li>\n<li>Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills with an impeccable eye for detail<\/li>\n<li>Strong Excel skills (i.e. building complex spreadsheets, including pivot tables, multi-function formulas and elaborate graphs)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Salt is partnering with THE leader in the world of PropTech &#8211; their mission is to make the buying, selling, renting and leasing of homes easier and more accessible for everyone.
