This is a permanent, full-time position and is fully remote. <\/p>\n<p>At it&#8217;s core, this role is meant for a brand ally; someone who can create compelling original content while being comfortable editing material written by others.You&#8217;ll work with highly collaborative campaign teams to drive engagement and ensure the brand shines through across a variety of channels &#8211; web, email, social media, paid media, printed materials, and events materials. <\/p>\n<p><strong>The role + responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with the Marketing portfolio team to understand portfolio objectives, key messages, and target audiences in order that inform content creation<\/li>\n<li>Lead the career development of the copy-writing team<\/li>\n<li>Lead the development of creative standards, best practice training, and priorities for the copy-writing team<\/li>\n<li>Interview subject matter experts with curiosity and focus to develop priority marketing assets<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with campaign marketers and stakeholders with copy that&#8217;s engaging, on-brand, and low-risk<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the Marketing Services Team Lead and Creative Director to develop strategic priorities for the team and lead tactical execution with team support<\/li>\n<li>Proactively champion and inspire improvements to creative processes and capabilities <\/li>\n<li>Shepherd and grow client relationships while advocating for the customer and the team<\/li>\n<li>Write and edit for a variety of media, including websites, blogs, emails, online ads, style guides, social media, sales collateral, client stories, and more<\/li>\n<li>Write derivative content for a variety of owned channels with a laser focus on meeting campaign objectives<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with channel owners to understand channel-specific best practices, rules of the road, and suggested enhancements<\/li>\n<li>Work with the campaign team to analyze, test, and optimize content performance<\/li>\n<li>Review content for brand continuity, voice, tone, and grammar<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with graphic team on marketing campaign assets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your profile + experience: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Writing samples (please attach a portfolio)<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in marketing, English, PR, communications, journalism, etc.<\/li>\n<li>7+ years&#8217; experience in content writing\/marketing\/advertising\/technology\/PR<\/li>\n<li>Proficient across Microsoft Office Suite<\/li>\n<li>Excellent English written and oral communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to navigate dynamic and fluid environments with a solution-oriented mindset<\/li>\n<li>Ability to research, interview, and compile information from a variety of sources<\/li>\n<li>Strong design sensibility\/familiarity with design apps<\/li>\n<li>Self-starter with a focus on detail and meeting deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multitask and work autonomously <\/li>\n<li>Persuasive team player with a knack for working cross-funcationally<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Salt is partnering with a global business services and digital transformation firm to hire an Associate Creative Director, Content and Copywriting to sit within their Consulting Marketing team.
