The Field Marketing team is looking for an experienced marketing expert to drive pipeline and revenue through end-to-end marketing programs for their Cloud, Hybrid IT and Services businesses.<\/p>\n<p>If you enjoy being creative, sales\/customer facing and delivering business results, this role is for you!<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Set overall strategic and tactical direction for marketing programs to drive incremental pipeline and revenue goals<\/li>\n<li>Create and plan events that align marketing and sales objectives<\/li>\n<li>Manage all aspects of the budgeting, planning, implementation and measurement of marketing campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Lead cross-functional teams including product, channel and digital marketing, sales and business units to execute go-to-market plans<\/li>\n<li>Lead best practices from campaign set-up through Salesforce<\/li>\n<li>Provide recommendations to key stakeholders on opportunities for innovative campaigns<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools (Salesforce.com, Eloqua, Aprimo)<\/li>\n<li>Experience in creating consistent field adoption of the industry message<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task on a wide range of projects<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability of partnering with various stakeholders to deliver results<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of management and teams<\/li>\n<li>Excellent influencing skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BA or BS in Marketing or any related field<\/li>\n<li>7+ years marketing experience, including offering marketing, segment marketing and\/or partner marketing<\/li>\n<li>Agency, sales and\/or channel experience preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Salt is Partnering with a global edge-to-cloud company advancing the way people live and work and solving the worlds most complex challenges.
